Facilitation

You will need a Master Facilitator if you are:

  • Trying to squeeze the creativity of a group
  • Gathering many voices into one conversation
  • Celebrating your team
  • Navigating a sticky situation or crucial conversation

A mentor of mine describes effective facilitation like a skilled whitewater rafting guide. My job is to know how to navigate a boat through rapids, sinkholes and strainers. But rivers are always changing, so it’s important to pay attention and read the river as it comes. Lucky for you, I have been down a lot of different rivers.

So that’s what I do for you when I facilitate; I read the room and keep everyone safe. I watch for obstacles, so you can get the most out of the experience. I create the essential space for you take in personal discoveries and create moments that matter

Attentive. Caring. Intentional.

I’ve mentioned to several people how your facilitation was one of the most personal Zoom experiences I have had, particularly the storytelling component. Well done!
